Ipod Gadget

Edge Tech Corp. on Wednesday introduced the Dock & Multi Flash Card Reader for iPod. Combining a dock with the ability to read from popular flash card formats, the new device sells for US$49.95. The new combo device works with Dock Connector-equipped iPods, ipod minis, iPod photos and iPod nanos, and connects to a Mac or PC using USB 2.0. It charges the iPod and syncs music, and features an S-Video output so iPod photo and color iPod users can display photos on a TV set. Flash memory cards are used by popular electronic devices including digital cameras, computers, PlayStation Portables (PSPs), smartphones and PDAs.
The memory card reader supports xD Picture Card, SD Memory Cards, MultiMedia (MMC) Cards, Memory Stick, Memory Stick PRO, Memory Stick Duo, SmartMedia Cards, Type I/II CompactFlash Cards and IBM Microdrives.
The device is equipped with a USB 2.0 interface and measures 3.93 x 2.36 x 1.22 inches, weighing .35 lbs. Included is a USB 2.0 cable, USB A to mini-B cable, and adjustable spacer to fit different iPod models.
